Join as we discuss a case out of Phoenix Arizona. In July 2020, Phoenix police arrested a 51 year old man who had been targeting the at- risk homeless population. Robert Incorvaia had been casing neighborhood areas, hunting homeless and mentally ill women, luring them into his home and sexually and physically assaulting them. This man has self-identified as "Rob The Rapist"
